Conscious Living Lecture and Workshop Series

Duration: the series is designed for five weeks with one lecture per week
Time: this is flexible and each participants schedule is taken into consideration

The series includes topics such as:
- discovering how you arrived at where
you are and how to change it, if you want
- finding your passions and how to
follow through on them
- tips for effective communication with yourself and others
- and finally a practical and exclusive application for goal setting
Attendance is limited to keep it intimate and interactive.
What we want most is for people to get great value from the experience and
walk away with exciting plans for them to act upon and feel excited about moving forward in their lives!
Speakers include Matthew Cragg, Rebecca Cragg, and a Guest Speaker to be annouced.
